1. Before you buy
The checkout shows the plan length, total price, whether the purchase renews, and when access starts. The launch storefront is designed for one-off fixed-term access; it should not silently renew at expiry.
2. UK cooling-off rights
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you will usually have 14 days to change your mind about a service contract. When you ask us to activate VPN access during that period, you expressly request early performance. If you later cancel within the cooling-off period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for service supplied up to cancellation where the law allows.
3. How to cancel
Email admin@versusvpn.co.uk or use the contact form. Include the purchase email and checkout reference. Do not send a password or card details. We will confirm receipt and explain any refund calculation.
4. Faulty service
Separate rights apply if the service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill, does not match its description or cannot be provided. Contact support promptly with the device, app version, server and error details so we can investigate, repeat performance where appropriate, or provide the remedy required by law.
5. Free trials
The 24-hour trial is free and does not require card details. It ends automatically and does not create a payment. Abuse of repeated trials may be declined.
6. Processing refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank and card processing time is outside VersusVPN’s direct control. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
