1. The agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and VERSUS VPN LTD (company number 14455374), registered in England and Wales and trading as VersusVPN. Our registered office is 10 Maidwell Way, Bradford, BD6 2QR. These terms apply when you request a trial or buy VPN access. The checkout summary, plan length and price form part of the agreement.
2. Plans and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and the checkout shows the total payable before payment. VERSUS VPN LTD is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added to the displayed price. The current storefront is designed for fixed-term, one-off purchases rather than silent automatic renewal. If recurring subscriptions are introduced, the renewal amount, frequency, cancellation route and reminders must be displayed before purchase.
3. Activation and service credentials
We aim to activate access promptly after successful payment or an approved trial request. Activation can take longer during provider maintenance, fraud review or support-heavy periods. Service credentials are personal to the account and must be kept secure.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use VersusVPN to break the law, abuse or attack systems, distribute malware, send spam, infringe rights, harass others, exploit children, or interfere with the service. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure or comply with law. A VPN improves connection privacy; it does not make unlawful activity lawful or guarantee complete anonymity.
5. Streaming and third-party services
Websites and streaming providers control their own access rules and may block VPN connections. VersusVPN does not guarantee access to a particular third-party service, catalogue, website or game. You remain responsible for following third-party terms and applicable law.
6. Availability and changes
Server locations and individual servers may change for security, capacity or maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted access, but will use reasonable care and skill and will work to restore faults. Planned or urgent maintenance may temporarily affect service.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. For UK consumers, the service must be provided with reasonable care and skill. The cancellation and refund policy explains the cooling-off period, requested early performance and remedies for faulty service.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract began, losses caused by misuse, third-party services outside our control, or business losses where you purchased as a consumer. Nothing excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Ending access
Your fixed-term access ends when the purchased period expires unless you buy another plan. You can ask us to cancel as described in the cancellation policy. We may end access for serious or repeated breach, fraud, legal requirement or threats to the service.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law applying in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact admin@versusvpn.co.uk with questions or complaints.
