1. Business agreement
These reseller terms apply to business purchases of VersusVPN service credits from VERSUS VPN LTD. By buying credits you confirm that you are acting for business purposes and have authority to enter this agreement.
2. Credits and pricing
One credit provides one month of fixed-term VersusVPN access for one customer account. The quantity, price and any discount are shown at checkout. VERSUS VPN LTD is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added. Credit pack prices and future retail prices may change, but a completed order will not be repriced.
3. Fulfilment
Paid credits are added manually to an existing eligible reseller panel account or to a new account created after reasonable verification. We normally complete this within 24 hours, but fraud checks, panel maintenance or missing account information may cause delay. The payment confirmation is not confirmation that credits have already been added.
4. Resale
You may choose your customer price and sell fixed terms that match the available credits. You must make the duration, price, renewal position and material service limitations clear. Illustrative margins on this website are not a promise of sales or profit.
5. Brand and claims
You must not claim that VersusVPN guarantees anonymity, access to a particular streaming service, uninterrupted availability or any feature we do not provide. You may describe yourself as an independent VersusVPN reseller, but not as VERSUS VPN LTD or its agent. Do not use our branding in a misleading way.
6. Customer support and conduct
You are responsible for first-line support, accurate customer records and lawful marketing. Your customers must follow the VersusVPN acceptable-use requirements. We may suspend accounts or reseller access for fraud, abuse, spam, unlawful activity, security threats or serious breach.
7. Refunds
Reseller packs are business purchases. Once credits have been added to the panel, unused credits are not normally refundable unless required by law or the credits are materially defective. Contact us promptly if an order is incorrect or has not been fulfilled.
8. Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from a reseller pack will not exceed the amount paid for that pack, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Ending the relationship
Either party may end the reseller relationship by written notice. We may act immediately for serious breach or security risk. Ending the relationship does not cancel obligations relating to customers already supplied or sums already due.
